But real estate is just one arena. George moves fluidly between real estate, private acquisitions, and creative deal structures most people haven’t even heard of. His nickname, Mr. Get It Done, isn’t marketing. It’s what counterparties say when he’s not in the room.

Becky Ta is an accomplished entrepreneur, corporate executive, and international real estate investor with more than 25 years of experience across corporate finance, business development, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Early in her career she served as Finance Manager at Uproar.com during the company’s Initial Public Offering, working under the Chief Financial Officer on the financial operations supporting its transition to a publicly traded enterprise. Her corporate background includes work with globally recognized organizations including Microsoft, PepsiCo, Deloitte, Colgate-Palmolive, Nestlé, and Robert Half. As a former Senior Managing Director at SNI Financial and a leader at Robert Half Management Resources, she built and scaled high-performing teams, achieving top-three revenue rankings along with Rookie and Veteran of the Year recognition.
As an entrepreneur, Becky has developed a diversified portfolio spanning land acquisition, new residential development, international real estate, corporate housing, and hospitality investments, with projects across the United States and Bali, Indonesia. She has earned Airbnb Superhost recognition for 15 years, a reflection of her commitment to operational excellence and customer experience, and remains active in business acquisitions, investment analysis, and strategic partnerships.
